FightCamp is the industry leader in at-home connected fitness. With its ability to track and analyze workout session data, there is no more guessing on how well you did, what areas can you improve upon, and what areas you SMASHED!

If you’re new to FightCamp you’ll want to not only perfect your striking form and earn your place on the leaderboard, but you’ll also want to familiarize yourself with the metrics you see on the screen of your FightCamp workout and know what they mean.

Understanding Your FightCamp Metrics

Now that you’re ready to crush your goals, here’s an overview of the digital display you’ll see on your screen during workouts, and how you can use them to optimize your sessions, pushing yourself to the limits!

Time:

The time reading is a time remaining, count-down timer for the round or exercise you are currently performing.

Round:

The round tracker shows the current round you are on for the given workout while also showing the total rounds for the individual workout.

Output:

Based on the number of punches you throw, the speed of each punch, and the technique you punch with. Output is what you should aim to increase over time.

Punch Goals:

For every round, the trainer will set a minimum punch goal that you are challenged to meet. Once you reach this goal for the round, you will get a checkmark and each additional punch will be added to your total punch count for the full workout.

Punch Rate:

The number of punches you are estimated to throw each minute.

You vs. You

Ultimately each workout it’s you vs. you. See your post-workout results in real time and over a period of time. Challenging yourself to beat your own greatest opponent - yourself.

Session History

After a workout, look at your session history for more details on your stats. Did you beat the punch goal every round? By how much? A graph will show your punch count compared to the punch goal, round by round. Now you know which round to focus on before repeating a workout!

Output Comparison

Did you improve your output compared to the last session? The output graph lets you see your output in every round this session compared to your previous best. Did you beat your score? Did you push yourself more than ever, and can you go even higher next time?
