Learning a new skill like boxing and kickboxing is the first step to improving how you look and feel, and all of us at FightCamp are here for it!  Whether you have zero experience with boxing or kickboxing or need a refresher, we want to guide you on how and where to get started on the FightCamp app.

The Foundations Program

With the FightCamp app, we offer different options that are unique to everyone’s level and skill set. If you are first starting out or want to brush up on some moves, we recommend starting with one of the following paths that will teach you the basics of boxing and kickboxing; the Prospect Path (boxing) and the Kickboxing Path. These two paths will lay the foundation for any member to learn the basics and take on each FightCamp workout. For those that have the basics of boxing or kickboxing down, there are paths for you too with the Contender Paths.

Boxing

FightCamp Boxing Path

Prospect Path

Perfect for those coming in with limited to no boxing experience or getting back into the swing of things. Learn from former US Boxing Team member and FightCamp Co-Founder & Trainer Tommy Duquette, how to get into a proper boxing stance along with the 6 basic punches: the jab, cross, hooks, and uppercuts, and practice putting it all together.

Contender Path

Expand your boxing skills and take your physical conditioning to the next level with the Contender Path. Made for those who have completed the Prospect Path or are coming to FightCamp with previous boxing experience.

Kickboxing

FightCamp Kickboxing Path

The Kickboxing Path

Learn the kickboxing basics from professional kickboxer and FightCamp Trainer Aaron Swenson. Moves you’ll learn include the proper stance, round kicks, front kicks, side kicks, and basic defense moves. This path is also for people new to kickboxing or has little experience. For those coming in with prior kickboxing experience, this path will reinforce what you already know and you’ll learn additional skills and techniques along the way.

Contender Kickboxing Path

Continue to refine your kickboxing skills while learning next-level moves. In this path, you’ll learn to check kicks, how to throw knees, and master the spinning back kick.
